The program, which began in February 2025, was ended after the company had repurchased shares totaling 1 billion Danish Kroner, according to a regulatory filing.

In total, 2,172,000 shares have been repurchased under the now-terminated program.

Sydbank said it will propose reducing the company's share capital by the number of shares purchased at an extraordinary general meeting on December 4.
