Liberty Global has more than halved its stake in British broadcaster ITV PLC, taking its holding to just under 5%, according to a regulatory filing on Thursday.
The media and telecommunications company reduced its holding to 4.999999% from a previously notified position of 10.058390%.
The threshold was crossed on Oct. 22, the filing showed.
Liberty Global now holds approximately 187.9 million voting rights in the UK television company.
The stake is held through its subsidiary, Liberty Global Ventures Limited, the filing stated.
