Elekta's new chief executive is replacing three top executives, including the finance chief, in a broad management overhaul aimed at improving the Swedish medical-device maker's performance.
The company on Monday named Klara Eiritz as its new Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Tobias Hägglöv.
Chief Commercial Officer Habib Nehme and Chief People Officer Anna Conneryd Lundgren will also depart.
The changes come just a week after Jakob Just-Bomholt took over as CEO and follow a recent report of falling first-quarter sales and profit margins.
“My conclusion is that Elekta’s recent performance does not reflect the company’s full potential,” Mr. Just-Bomholt said in a statement.
As part of the shake-up, Elekta is eliminating the Chief Commercial Officer role and will have its regional heads report directly to the CEO to streamline operations, the company said.
Ms. Eiritz, who joins from Volvo Construction Equipment, will start by March 2026 and is expected to help intensify the company's focus on profitability.
