Bunzl also purchased Anta y Jesús, S.L.U., a cleaning and hygiene products distributor in northwest Spain, which had a revenue of 6 million euros in 2024, according to the company.

The company said the Anta acquisition enhances its geographical reach in Spain, while the Caterline deal complements its existing catering business in Ireland.

The deals are part of a long-standing strategy that has seen the company spend over 6 billion British Pounds on more than 230 acquisitions since 2004.

"I am pleased to announce our sixth and seventh acquisitions of the year today," said Chief Executive Officer Frank van Zanten.

"These are good examples of the significant opportunities we see for continued acquisition growth in our existing markets. Our acquisition pipeline remains active."

The announcements coincided with a virtual investor seminar held by the company to provide more insight into its acquisition strategy and processes.
