Investment AB Latour issues 1.2 billion Swedish kronor in new bond loans

Investment AB Latour has issued two new bond loans totaling 1.2 billion Swedish Kronor, the company announced on Wednesday.

The issuance falls within the aggregate nominal amount of its existing MTN program.

The first bond, valued at 700 million Swedish Kronor, has a 2.8-year tenor and carries a floating interest rate of three months STIBOR plus 0.65% annually.

The second bond, amounting to 500 million Swedish Kronor, has a 5-year tenor with a floating interest rate of three months STIBOR plus 0.95% annually.

Handelsbanken, SEB, and Nordea arranged the issuance, according to the company.
