The buyer, KPA Pension, is part of the Folksam Group and will take possession of the property on Oct. 31, 2025, according to the announcement.

Wallenstam said the project was recently named Sweden’s Finest New Construction 2024 by the Swedish non-profit association Arkitekturupproret and also received the Urban Design Award 2024 from Nacka Municipality.

“It feels great and reassuring to be able to hand over such a beautiful and high-quality project to a long-term and recognized player as the Folksam Group and KPA Pension,” said Mathias Aronsson, Vice CEO of Wallenstam.

“Folksam Group’s focus on high-quality properties in attractive locations remains unchanged,” said Jonas Bjuggren, Head of Real Estate at Folksam Group.
