Events organizer Informa on Monday outlined its growth strategy, targeting consistent underlying revenue growth of over 5% and more than 3.5 billion British Pounds in free cash flow between 2025 and 2028.
At its Capital Markets Day in Dubai, the company said it would focus on its B2B Live Events and expansion in India, the Middle East, and Africa (IMEA) to drive growth.
The announcement follows a recent trading update where Informa reported strong performance, with its B2B Live Events unit growing 8.7% in the first 10 months of the year, driven by the IMEA region.
"Informa continues its strong operating performance, delivering further revenue, profit and earnings growth this year and with continuing momentum into next year," Group Chief Executive Stephen A. Carter said in the earlier update.
The company reaffirmed its full-year guidance for 2025, expecting group revenues of around 4 billion British Pounds and adjusted earnings per share growth of over 10%.
