London Stock Exchange Group has entered a strategic partnership with Nasdaq to distribute private markets intelligence through its Workspace and Datafeeds platforms, the company said Thursday.
Under the agreement, LSEG will license Nasdaq's eVestment private markets datasets, which include hedge fund insights, limited partner intelligence, and private fund benchmarks.
The collaboration aims to expand transparency across the private investment landscape by integrating Nasdaq's data into LSEG's ecosystem, according to the announcement.
The move builds on LSEG's recent launch of the UK's first Private Securities Market in September, reinforcing its focus on expanding its private market infrastructure and data coverage.
"This partnership underscores our commitment to delivering unparalleled private markets intelligence," said Gianluca Biagini, Group Co-Head of Data & Analytics at LSEG.
"By integrating Nasdaq's datasets with LSEG's existing capabilities, we are creating a best-in-class solution that serves the entire private market ecosystem."
The company said the combined offering will bring together its data on private companies with Nasdaq's fund performance insights to create a comprehensive solution for general partners, limited partners, and advisors.
