Swedish technology group Lagercrantz Group AB on Friday reported a 17% rise in second-quarter profit, driven by contributions from recent acquisitions and stable market demand.
Profit after financial items for the three months ended Sept. 30 rose to 343 million Swedish Kroner from 293 million a year earlier, the company said.
Net revenue increased by 13% to 2.46 billion Swedish Kroner.
The company, which grows by acquiring niche technology businesses, completed five acquisitions in the first half of its fiscal year, adding approximately 582 million Swedish Kroner in total annual revenue.
"The second quarter (July – September 2025) meant a positive continuation of the financial year for Lagercrantz, with mainly stable market conditions and good growth," CEO Jörgen Wigh said in a statement.
"We noted a slight improvement in order intake compared to previous periods, which together with good contributions from our acquisitions led to an improved result."
For the first six months, profit after financial items increased by 15% to 686 million Swedish Kroner on revenue that grew 11% to 4.93 billion Swedish Kroner.
The operating margin for the quarter strengthened slightly to 17.9% from 17.8% a year ago, according to the company.
