Ambu's operating profit margin before special items reached 13.0%, according to its annual report.

The results mark the conclusion of its 'ZOOM IN' turnaround plan, setting the stage for its new 'ZOOM AHEAD' strategy.

“We have delivered another strong year at Ambu of double-digit organic growth and profitability, successfully concluding our turnaround with our ZOOM IN strategy and setting the stage for what’s next,” Chief Executive Britt Meelby Jensen said.

For the 2025/26 fiscal year, Ambu guided for organic revenue growth of 10% to 13%.

It expects an operating profit margin of 12% to 14%, noting the figure is impacted by an estimated two percentage points from tariffs.

Ambu also proposed a total cash distribution of 260 million Danish kroner, consisting of a dividend and a share buy-back program.
