British broadcaster ITV on Friday confirmed it is in preliminary discussions to sell its Media & Entertainment business to Sky for an enterprise value of 1.6 billion British Pounds.
British broadcaster ITV said on Monday it expects total advertising revenue to fall by around 9% in the fourth quarter, citing an uncertain economic outlook in the U.K. and widespread caution among businesses.
Liberty Global has more than halved its stake in British broadcaster ITV PLC, taking its holding to just under 5%, according to a regulatory filing on Thursday.
