Sweco Sverige offers SEK 15 per share for Projektengagemang in cash bid
Sweco Sverige AB has launched a recommended cash offer of 15 Swedish Kronor per share for Projektengagemang Sweden AB, a 360.8 million Swedish Kronor deal, a 117% premium over its last closing price.
Projektengagemang's Independent Bid Committee unanimously recommended the offer, with major shareholders (62.62% of shares, 80.79% of votes) committing to accept.
Sweco Group CEO Åsa Bergman said the acquisition would "enhance client offerings and local presence."
The offer, open from June 5 to July 11, 2025, is conditional on over 90% acceptance and regulatory approvals.
